プライバシー規約

本アプリはすべてのユーザーのプライバシーポリシーを尊重および保護します。より正確でパーソナライズなサービスを提供するため、本アプリはプライバシーポリシーに従って、あなたの個人情報を使用および公開することが出来ます。ただし、本アプリは、それらの情報を高度な注意と慎重さをもって取り扱います。このプライバシーポリシーで別途規定されている場合を除き、このアプリは、事前の許可なしにこの情報を第三者に開示または提供することはありません。このアプリは不定期でプライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。このアプリケーションサービス使用契約に同意することにより、このプライバシーポリシーの内容全体に同意したものとみなされます。 このプライバシーポリシーは、このアプリケーションサービス契約の不可欠な一部分です。

  1. ユーザーは以下の情報を本プライバシー権政策に適用しないこと了承および同意する：
    1. 本アプリケのプラットフォームが提供する検索サービスを使用した際に入力した情報；
    2. 本アプリが収集したユーザーがアプリケーション内で公開したイベントへの参加や交友情報、コメントなどを含むデータ情報；
    3. 法律違反または本アプリの規定違反行為および本アプリがユーザーに対して行った措置
  2. 情報使用
    1. 本アプリはいかなる無関係の第三者にもユーザーの個人情報を提供、販売、貸し出し、共有または取引を致しません。事前に許可を得ているか、当該第三者と本アプリ（本アプリの関連会社も含む）が単独でまたは共同でユーザーにサービスを提供し、かつそのサービスが終了した場合以外は、それまでアクセスできたすべての資料へのアクセスは禁止されます。
    2. 本アプリは第三者がユーザーの個人情報を収集、編集、販売または無償で伝播することを許可しません。ユーザーが上述の行為を行い、それが発見された場合、本アプリはすぐさま当該ユーザーとのサービス契約を終了する権利を有します。
    3. ユーザーへのサービスのため、本アプリはユーザーの個人情報を通して、ユーザーに対してユーザーが興味をもつ可能性がある製品やサービスの情報の提供、または本アプリの提携企業がユーザーに関連製品またはサービスの情報を提供することが出来るように情報の共有をすることが出来ます（後者にはユーザーの事前の同意が必要）。
  3. 情報公開
以下のような状況において、本アプリはユーザーの個人の希望または法律の規定に従い、全部または一部のユーザーの個人情報を公開することが出来ます。：
    1. ユーザーの事前の同意を得ての第三者への公開；
    2. ユーザーが求める製品またはサービスを提供するためで、さらにそのために第三者にユーザーの個人情報を提供することが必要な場合；
    3. 法律の関連規定、または行政機関および司法機関の要求に従い、第三者または行政機関および司法機関に対し公開する場合；
    4. ユーザーが中国の関連法律、または本アプリのサービス契約および関連規定に違反し、第三者に対し情報の公開が必要な場合；
    5. ユーザーが適格な知的財産の申立人であり、苦情を申し立てた場合、被申し立て人の要求に応じて、双方が紛争の処理を行うために被申立人に開示する必要がある場合；
    6. 本アプリのプラットフォームにおいて交わされた取引において、取引をしたどちらか一方が取引における義務の全部または一部を履行し、さらに情報公開請求を提出した場合、本アプリは取引の完了または紛争の解決を促すために、当該ユーザーに当該取引相手の連絡方法等の必要な情報を提供する権利を有する。
    7. その他、本アプリは法律または法規、サイトポリシーに照らして適切な公開を行う。
  4. 情報の保存と交换
本アプリが収集したユーザーの関連情報とデータは本アプリおよび関連会社のサーバーに保存され、これらの情報とデータはユーザーの所在する国家及び地区、または本アプリが収集した情報とデータが所在する外国に転送されます。また、その外国からアクセス、保存、表示されます。
  5. 情報の安全
    1. 本アプリのアカウントにはすべてセキュリティ機能が備わっています。アカウント名およびパスワード情報は適切に保管するようにお願い致します。本アプリはユーザーのパスワードに対して暗号化などのセキュリティ対策を行うことにより、ユーザーの情報の損失、乱用、改竄等の被害の防止に役立てます。前述のセキュリティ対策はございますが、情報ネットワークにおいては“完全なセキュリティ対策”が存在しないことにご注意下さい。
    2. 本アプリのネットサービスを使用してオンラインで取引を行う際、必然的に相手方または潜在的な取引ペアに対処する必要があります
  6. プライバシーポリシーの変更
    1. プライバシーポリシーの変更を決定した場合、ユーザーが弊社が如何にしてユーザーの個人情報を収集、使用するのか、または誰が当該情報にアクセスできるのか、どのような状況下で弊社がこれらの情報を公開するのかを把握できるように、弊社は本ポリシーまたは弊社のウェブサイト上、および弊社が適切だと判断した場所に置いてその旨を発表します。
    2. 弊社は適時本ポリシーの変更を行う権利を有しますので、定期的にご確認ください。本ポリシーに重大な変更があった場合は弊社はウェブサイトにおける通知を通して告知を行います。

Privacy Agreement

This application respects and protects the privacy of all users using this service. In order to provide you with a more accurate and personalized service, this application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, this application will treat your information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise stipulated in this Privacy Policy, this application will not disclose or provide your information to any third party without your prior permission. This application will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to this Application Service and Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Application Service and Use Agreement.

I. You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:

  1. Keyword information entered by you when you use the search service provided by this application;
  2. Information collected by this application about the information that you send in this application, including but not limited to participating activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
  3. Any violation of the law or violation of this application and the actions that this application has taken against you.

II. Use of Information

  1. This application does not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless your permission has been obtained in advance, or the third party and the application (including the application’s affiliated company) have jointly or severally provided you with a service, and that once the service is over, you will be blocked from accessing all the information including information that you were previously able to access.
  2. This application also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information in any way. If any user of this application platform is discovered to have engaged in the above activities, the application has the right to immediately terminate its service agreement with the user.
  3. For the purpose of serving the user, the application may use the information you have used to provide you with information that is of interest to you, including but not limited to, sending you product and service information, or sharing information with an application partner so that they may send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

III. Disclosure of Information
In the following circumstances, this application will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or the law:

  1. Disclosure of information to third parties with your prior consent;
  2. Providing products and services requested by you that require sharing your personal information with third parties;
  3. Disclosure of information to third parties or administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or at the request of the administrative or judicial authorities;
  4. Where you have violated the relevant laws or regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the application’s service agreement or related rules, and a disclosure is necessary to be made to a third party;
  5. Where you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, and a disclosure has been requested by the respondent so that both parties can deal with the potential rights disputes;
  6. Where a transaction has been created on this application platform, and a party to the transaction has performed or partially performed the transaction obligation and has asked for information disclosure, the application has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of the counterparty in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute.
  7. Other disclosures that this application deems appropriate in accordance with the laws, regulations or website policies.
